Rena and Debbie will be going for UbD training as part of the IGNITE programme.
Possibilities only!... Please discuss above!
Wanted to get this done because it has impact on EPMS and ROs discussing targets for specific KRAs.
Also it seems like a logistical and administrative challenge, making sure we know who does what, by when!
We have to show evidence of a coherent, well thought out systemic approach to our programme, leaving space for changes and modifications as part and parcel of dynamic aspects of any programme. A - we are all advocates facilitating reform, engaging in interpersonal processes to bring about change B- backing will be in different forms (set of observed structures and processes- Space + Communities of Practice + Sharing Platforms + Leadership presence) - training, making sure no necessary overloads. enough resources C - Capacity Creation (transfer of sound, comprehensive and coherent educational innovations) - traininng and learning from one another face to face online D - Demonstration- opportunities to spread what works
WS can be used to discuss, but only group members- best if we can aloso explore issues, problems, ideas, concern online in wiki or e-groups
